FEES
Pre-mediation/arbitration services, including one hour for review of mediation/arbitration memoranda (try to limit to seven pages) and the most important documents, $410 per hour (minimum of one hour). Half-day mediation (up to three hours plus one hour of review time), $1,640.00. Full-day mediation, 4-hour minimum, 8 hours allotted, $410.00 per hour, plus one hour of review time.

PAYMENT OF FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees are payable one-half by plaintiff(s) and one-half by defendant(s). Where there are third parties involved in the case, the fees are payable one-third by each set of parties. The fees of $1,640.00 for half-day and $3,690.00 for full day are payable in advance of the mediation/arbitration. If a mediation/arbitration is cancelled or postponed more than two days before it is scheduled to commence, there is a flat $300 cancellation fee. If a mediation/arbitration is cancelled less than two days before it is scheduled to commence, the cancellation fee is one half of a half-day session fee, or $615, plus payment for services rendered, if any, in reviewing pre-mediation/arbitration memoranda and documents.

LOCATION OF MEDIATION
The mediation/arbitration will take place at the office of Holland & Knight LLP in Boston unless otherwise agreed. If it is necessary for the mediation to take place outside Boston, travel time will be included at $410/hour.
